Last updated 8 October 2026. These terms cover your use of turnaroundapp.io and the early-access waitlist. Using the Turnaround application is governed by the Terms of Service you accept when you create a workspace.

The waitlist is a request, not a contract

Joining the waitlist asks us to contact you about early access. It does not create a subscription, a right to a start date or an obligation to pay. We onboard businesses in order of sign-up as capacity allows and may decline or defer a request.

Pricing shown on this site

Prices are in Australian dollars and are the rates we intend to charge founding members. They are confirmed with you in writing before you pay anything, and the founding rate is held for 12 months from your paid start date. We may change the public prices at any time before you start.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false details, submit on behalf of someone without their permission, or attempt to disrupt the site. We may remove sign-ups that breach this.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits rights you have under that law.
