Privacy policy for this website

Last updated 8 October 2026. This policy covers turnaroundapp.io, the marketing website and waitlist. The Turnaround application has its own privacy policy, shown when you create a workspace.

Who we are

What we collect and why

• Waitlist details you give us: your email address and, if you choose, your name, business name, industry, team size, state, the tools you use, what you would fix first and a mobile number. We use these to confirm your email, hold your place, plan your onboarding and contact you about early access.
• Technical details when you sign up: a hashed (one-way) version of your IP address and your browser type, to limit abuse of the form, plus the page you arrived on, the referring site and any campaign tags in the link, so we know which ads work.
• A test cookie: this site sometimes shows one of two versions of a page. A cookie called tr_ab remembers which version you saw for 90 days. It holds a single letter and nothing about you.
• Analytics: when configured, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel record page views and sign-ups so we can measure our advertising. They set their own cookies under their own policies. We do not pass your name or email to them.

Consent and marketing email

We send one transactional email to confirm your address. We send launch updates only if you tick the consent box, and every such email identifies us and carries a working unsubscribe link, as the Spam Act 2003 requires. You can also unsubscribe by emailing us.

Where your information is stored

Waitlist records are stored in our database hosted by Supabase in the AWS Asia-Pacific (Singapore) region, with access limited to the website service and the founder. Confirmation and update emails are sent through Resend, a United States provider. Analytics data is held by Google and Meta. Each provider is bound by its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist records until early access ends or you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@turnaroundapp.io and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be announced to people on the waitlist by email.
